Reviving a Charming Townhouse Villa.
The goal of the project is to transform the villa into a modern and functional home while preserving the vintage charm of the original building.
The cohesive look and feel throughout the villa is combining contemporary elements with vintage and classic pieces of furniture.
2022 — Townhouse, Klagenfurt, Austria
This interior design project revives a charming townhouse villa from the 1900s. The project includes the complete restoration of the villa’s original features, such as the wooden floors, the high walls, the ceilings and the interior. We chose mostly darker tones for a warm and inviting atmosphere, including shades of blue, green, sand and yellow, and incorporated natural elements, such as wood. The project also focused on creating a sense of balance and harmony in the villa’s layout, and included modern amenities, such as a home theater system, a professional kitchen and an open-plan living space. The end result is a comfortable and stylish home that pays homage to the villa’s original aesthetics.
